In this hands on cooking class you will prepare a traditional Italian long lunch menu inspired by “il cuore dell’Italia” the heart of Italy in Umbria using Matteo’s pick of produce from the Barossa Farmers Market & local farm gates including:

Antipasto: Torta al Testo, a typical flat bread filled with salsiccia (pork sausage) & spinach
Fresh Pasta: Strangozzi col Ragu di Agnello fresh pasta made with flour and water served with a delicious lamb ragu
Risotto: di Asparagi a classic from Umbria using local wild asparagus
Dolce: Rocciata, a baked dessert made with short crust pastry filled with ricotta & cocoa

After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and Illy coffee.

Class start time is 9am.
Class & lunch finish at approximately 2pm.
