Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.

This class is offered every Saturday during the month of September.

In this hands on cooking class you will prepare a traditional Italian long lunch menu inspired by the region of Umbria, using Matteo’s pick of produce from the Barossa Farmers Market & local farm gates.

Torta al Testo classic Umbrian bread served with Italian sausage & blanched erbette (such as Swiss chards)
Risotto with local asparagus
Strangozzi con Cipolla, Guanciale e Erbe di Campo: fresh pasta with sautéed onion, guanciale & foraged greens such as nettles & chards
Rocciata di Assisi (Umbrian strudel) served with local cream

After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and D’Angelo coffee.
