Casa Carboni is available for private dining events and is the perfect venue for celebrations, business gatherings, pre-wedding parties, intimate weddings or just a dinner party with good friends.

Menus are tailor-made and are a reflection of both the amazing produce we get to work with here in the Barossa and South Australia and what is delicious and in season. Matteo can pair wines to the menu on request or you can choose from our extensive selection of European wines.

We require a minimum of 10 people and can provide a private dining experience for up to 25 guests. Cooking demonstrations can also be organised during your event.
