Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.
This class is offered every Saturday during the month of November.
NEW in 2025. This menu is inspired by our family travels to the beautiful island of Sardegna (Sardinia), the birth place of Matteo’s paternal Nonno, Antonio Carboni.
In this hands on cooking class you will prepare a traditional Italian long lunch, using Matteo’s pick of produce from the Barossa Farmers Market & local farm gates.
After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and D’Angelo coffee.
Frittelle di Melanzane: fried eggplant frittelle, with bread crumbs, garlic, basil & cheese
Malloreddus (Gnocchetti Sardi) con Salsa Campidanese: fresh pasta shaped gnocchetti typical from Sardenia, with a delicious tomato, onion & pork sausage sugo
Ravioli di Ricotta Sardi: fresh pasta ravioli filled with fresh ricotta, lemon & mint, served in a fresh tomato sauce
Seadas: fried pastry filled with local cheese, served with a drizzle of local honey
