Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.
This class is offered every Saturday during the month of December.
The menu for this hands on cooking class is inspired by the Island of Capri using fresh produce from the Barossa Farmers Market, local farm gates and our fish monger in Adelaide:
Antipasto: “Focaccia di Recco” delicious fresh focaccia baked with a layer of fresh cheese in the middle, served with salad from the Farmers Market
Fresh pasta: “Pansotti di Patate” is the classic filled pasta from Liguria, this version filled with local steamed potato, olive and marjoram, served in Paris Creek butter and Parmigiano Reggiano
Gnocchi: beautifully soft potato gnocchi with Pesto “alla Genovese” (basil pesto) & steamed green beans
Dolce: Mousse al Caffe, a delicious coffee mousse made with espresso coffee, mascarpone cheese & local cream served with an orange tuile baked “a la minute” (to order)
After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and D’Angelo coffee.
