What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday, doing a Pasta Master class. Thanky ou Matteo and Fiona for a wonderful experience. Just wanted to thank you both again for a great day on Saturday – dom & I both had such a good time & learnt a lot.

I tried some potato gnocchi last night and not only were they relatively quick to make but my first attempt tasted better than my Nonna’s! Really light and soft, I’ll be making these all the time now!!
