Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.
This class is offered every Saturday during the month of April.
In this hands-on cooking class you will prepare an Italian long lunch menu inspired by the region of Lazio using beautiful local produce sourced from the Barossa Farmers Market & the farm gates.
The classic Roman dishes include:
Supplì di Riso – surprise snacks of fried risotto balls with tomato & mozzarella
Fresh pasta alla Carbonara
Abbacchio alla Romana slow cooked lamb finished with herbs & anchovy
Dolce: Frittelle di San Giuseppe deliciously light fried choux pastry
After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and D’Angelo coffee.
