Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.
Italian Spring Masterclass is offered every Thursday in November.
In this class you will prepare a 4 course seasonal menu Matteo has chosen to showcase the beautiful local produce sourced from the weekly Barossa Farmers Market and farms.
After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and D’Angelo coffee.
