SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to make your online shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible so our shipping methods and policies are designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

Shipping within Australia
•    All deliveries are shipped via Fastway Courier or Australia post.
•    Our courier delivers to street addresses only, if delivery to a PO Box is required, please contact us.
•    Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after confirmation of purchase. If placed on a weekend or a public holiday, orders will be processed on the next business day.
•    Orders should be received in most cases within 2-3 business days of shipping. Please allow 1-3 additional days for bulky items or deliveries to remote locations.
•    Delivery times are only an estimate and Casa Carboni will not be held liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
•    Please ensure all delivery details are correct. If for some reason your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will do our best to track it for you.
•    A rate of shipping will be charged on orders, which is determined by the location of the delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
•    Items shipped internationally can be insured against loss or damage and this cost is in addition to your shipping quote. Contact us for more information.

 Shipping outside of Australia
•    Contact Casa Carboni directly for any international shipping requirements.
•    All deliveries are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.
•    Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after confirmation of purchase. If placed on a weekend or a public holiday, orders will be processed on the next business day.
•    In most cases order will be received within 5-10 business days, although certain destinations may take longer.
•    Items shipped internationally can be insured against loss or damage and this cost is in addition to your shipping quote.
•    International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis.

Loss or Damage
The risk of loss of goods is passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Casa Carboni’s nominated delivery company.
In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense including legal costs and expenses (whether direct or indirect) incurred by you in connection with the use of this website.

You indemnify us from and against all claims, suits, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) resulting from your use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
We will happily offer you a refund if the product is faulty (unless caused by the customer). Please note that sale items are not refundable. Please choose carefully. If an item is not faulty and you have simply changed your mind, we are under no obligation to offer you a refund.

If a product has been found to have a manufacturers fault the delivery charge will be refunded, only if reasonable documentation/receipt is provided.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once you have completed your purchase from Casa Carboni  we are unable to cancel it or make any changes to your order including delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing items from your order.
