In this hands-on cooking class you will prepare an Italian 4 course menu inspired by seasonal produce from the Barossa Farmers Market and local farm gates suitable for Celiacs. As with all Matteo’s classes there will be a strong focus on mixing, kneading, rolling and cutting fresh pasta as well as gnocchi. Everyone will work together to prepare the entrée and dessert.

An example menu:
Entrée: seasonal vegetable flan served with bitter greens or cheese fondue
Fresh Pasta: maltagliati fresh pasta with ragu
Gnocchi: Spinach & ricotta gnocchi served with melted local butter & sage
Dessert: Bonet a baked chocolate custard with rosemary syrup & amaretti

After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with a glass of European wine and Illy coffee.

Class start time is 9am.
Class & lunch finish at approximately 2pm.

This class is offered one Sunday per month and for private groups.
