Classes start at 9am and finish at approximately 3pm.
Italian Autumn Masterclass is offered every Thursday.
In this Italian Summer masterclass you will prepare a delicious 4 course lunch inspired by produce available at the Barossa Farmers Market and farm gates.
All guests will learn to make fresh pasta by hand and work together with the group to make an entree, gnocchi or risotto and dessert.
Your 4 course lunch is served at the long table in the Enoteca with European wines, and coffee to finish.
