All classes are hands on, everyone will have the chance to participate in preparation of the 4 recipes in the class.
Taste of Italy classes on Saturdays include an entree, hand made fresh pasta (made from flour and local free range eggs), gnocchi or risotto and dessert. Check the class calendar to find out which region we are focussing on and the menu for that day.
You will have plenty of time to ask questions throughout the class.
